How to Apply:
Click Here to fill out an online admission inquiry. Once the admissions committee receives your submission we will reach out either via phone or email to set up an initial talk and observation of the classroom(s).
Application Process
Pioneer Montessori School has a rolling admission policy, which means that we accept applications for admissions throughout the year. Applications are accepted for in-coming students, ages 18 months through 12 years, throughout the school year and during the summer months. Because of the numerous applications Pioneer Montessori School receives, there may be a waiting list for admitting students. Applications are available in the school Administrative Office or electronically via the link below. A $50.00 processing fee is also due upon submission.
Once we receive your inquiry, parents are invited to attend a Prospective Parent Meeting with our Admissions Director. These meetings are individually geared to each unique family and child. Please note: it may take a few days to contact you after you have filled out the inquiry form to set up this meeting.
For questions, more information, or to schedule a tour of our campus, you may also feel free to call (208) 726-9060. Thanks so much for your interest in Pioneer Montessori School.
Waitpool
In the event that one of our classrooms are full, applicants will be placed in a waitpool. Except for our sibling applicants, who will be given priority, the waitpool will be arranged according to the date in which your Application for Admission is submitted to the Administrative Offices. Students will be admitted from the waitpool as space allows and in the order that the admissions committee determines is the best fit for the school.
Please be aware that in the case of our PrePrimary classroom it may not be possible to give exact dates as to when an opening will occur. The most common availabilities in this classroom occur when a current student moves on to the Primary classroom, and due to the ages of the PrePrimary students, their readiness to move up to the next classroom can happen quickly. As soon as this occurs, we will notify the first applicant in the waitpool of the opening. If a family is not ready at that time, the availability will be forfeited to the next applicant and that family can retain their spot in the waitpool.
